Heat milk in microwave for 1:10 minutes then cream in yeast

Add eggs, yoghurt and olive oil to bowl

Add flour and salt to bowl

Add the yeast/milk mixture to bowl and knead

Allow to rise for about 1 hour

Make into 20 same sized rolls and allow to rise on tray for about another hour

Bake for 15 minutes at 190 °C
