Remove the coating of baazra by sprinkling it with little amount of water and then removing the coating.

Grease the cooker with ghee.

Add water three time the amount of baajra.

Then slow flame keep on stirring it.

As the bajra swells add water again and again. Do this process for 1 to around 1.5 hour on slow flame.

It has to be done with continues stirring otherwise it will stick go the base

When it is completely binded turn off the stove.it is usually eaten by pouring lots of ghee with it.

It is eaten along with dahi, mongori,and kaddhi etc.
