Grind rice to smooth paste make thick syrup when cool remove the impurities by stainer Mix jaggery and rice. i used fennel seeds and mix in the batter. Heat non stick kadai and apply little ghee now pure the 2tbsp batter and hold the handle of the kadai and spread it all over make thin dosa.Cover it and cook on slow heat roast both the side.it will not take more than 4-5 minutes
Yummy karupatti appam/palm sugar appam is ready to eat
