1. Remove water from the grated lauki

2. Add turmeric powder, red chill powder, garam masala, jaggery, lemon juice, besan, groundnut powder, salt to the lauki. Mix well

3. Apply oil on plate. Spread the mixture over it. Place it in the steamer or cooker and steam on high heat for fifteen to twenty minutes or till firm and cooked. Once it cools down, cut it into squares.

4. Heat the oil in a small non stick pan and add the sesame seeds, Cumin seeds and mustard seeds. When they splutter add the wadi. Toss well. Sprinkle coconut on it

5. Serve immediately
