Steps

Peel the fresh pptatoes and cut,rinse drain the water.

Heat up the vegetable oil and gradually put the potatoes.

Fry till is brownish and be turn both sides to fry very well.

Select it out and put in a sieve allow the vegetable oil to drain out.

Slice the onion,fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper.

In a frying pan,pour in vegetable oil after 2minutes pour in the onion.

Fry for 20seconds and pour in fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes.add salt to taste and 1 cube of knorr seasoning.

Stir very well and fry for 5minutes.
