1onion chopped
1 can16 oz. black beans
1 can8 oz. tomato sauce
1 packages10 oz. frozen corn kernels
2 can14.5 oz. diced tomatoes with chilies
1 packagestaco seasoning
1 tbspcumin
1 tbspchili powder
3boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cupcilantro

combine beans onion corn tomato sauce cumin chili powder and taco seasoning in a slow cooker

place chicken on top and cover

cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6

half hour before serving remove chicken and shred

return chicken to slow cooker and stir in

top with cilantro and cheese
