Roast rawa on medium flame for 5 to 7 mins.

Put oil in a pan then put mustard seeds,curry leaves,urad daal and all the veggies mix them well.

Now put the roasted rava (semolina) and salt and add water mix well.

Upma is ready

Garnish with lime,coriander or fresh grated coconut and serve hot with tea.
