2lbs beef tips cut into 1" pieces 1 (8 oz) pack sliced baby Portabello mushrooms 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom 1 pack dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup dry red wine 1/8 tsp black pepper
Mix all together in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours.
Next time I make it, I think I might add a few more mushrooms. I would like more of them in it. Oh, and it can be served over rrrrrisotto :-) i
