place butter and water in saucepan and bring to boil

add rice, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.

cot bacon into one-inch pieces and cookin a skillet until almost done.

remove bacon and peppers and onion to the skillet.

sauté peppers and onion in the bacon grease until tender.

in a large cassarole dish or Dutch oven, combine rice, peppers, onion, bacon and beans, and mix well

add cream of celery soup and stir aell

bake in oven at 350º for 20 minutes
