
Pork and Broccoli Stir Fry

For the first step, take chop and cut into thin slivers. Add pork, 1/2 cup sherry, half a cup of the 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1 Tbs cornstarch in a bowl and mix well. Marinate for at least one hour.

Cut carrots and broccoli into mouth size pieces. Mix oyster sauce, chicken stock, and the remaining cornstarch, sherry, and soy sauce into a bowl and mix well.

Drain marinate and beat oil just before smoking. Add pork and cook throughly. Add carrots and after about a minute add broccoli. Cook for about 2 minutes and add sauce. Cook until sauce thickens.

Cook rice according to package, place over rice, and serve. You can always add stuff to the stir fry. I add water chestnuts for a little more crunch.
