When boiling rice for curries etc, make twice as much and bag & freeze half. Defrost and use that for fried rice recipes.

If using egg in a fried rice recipe, make an omelette with 2 eggs, pinch salt and 2 half eggshells of water. Roll and cool the omelette before chopping and adding to frying rice.

Chop mushrooms, onions, omelette etc
- 4
Heat oil in wok.

Stir fry onions & mushrooms then add rice.

Continue frying and add egg, peas, meat etc.

Add soya sauce to taste.
