1 bunchof spinach or 500gr of frozzen spinach
250 gramsof feta cheese

roll out the sheet of pastry

cover it with feta cheese

cover it then with Spinach
4

roll it in a pinwheel
5

cut in 1 inch slices
6

bake by 200 -220 for 10-15 minutes depending on oven
