I take a cube of cheese and grate it and use only that much for two toasts. Less cheese used, more cheesy taste.

*Use pan for this specific way of preparing toast....

Heat bread's that side which is going to be inside. Just place it on the pan. No need to add butter and Margraine!

As, it has become golden brown and crunchy, turn the bread pieces, add a slice of cheese on two breads and use the other two breads to make sandwich. (Place the brown, toasted part inside.

Now as one side of the sandwich gets crunchy, turn it and heat the second side.

Serve hot.

Benifits of this method: Butter has more baad fats than cheese. Cheese and bread provides with good carbs, good and useful fats and proteins. Where as you avoid the cholesterol. And you get a really filling crunchy toast. (The crunchyness makes it very filling). The melted cheese increases the yumminess. Enjoy!
