120 gramswhite chocolate
120 gramsdark chocolate
200 mlcream
400 gramsunsalted butter
1 packagesginger biscuits

crush biscuits & melt 100g butter, mix together in a tart tin . Line the base of the tin with the biscuit mixture . Refrigerate for 20 mins .

melt the white chocolate & dark chocolate separately. Mixing it with100g butter each

remove biscuit base from the fridge & pour in white chocolate , completely covering the biscuits. Cover with dark chocolate & refrigerate for 20 mins .
