Ingredients

6 servings

6 mediumsquash, cut 1/4 inch thick.
1 mediumonion, cut in half then thinly sliced.
2 1/2 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 packagesritz crackers crumbled
7 ozcondensed milk
2 tbspbutter
1salt and pepper to taste

preheat oven to 350

boil squash with salt until tender. drain

in saute pan place butter, onions, salt and pepper. cool until transparent.

in large bowl mix all ingredients together.

place in 9x9 casserole dish.

bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
