
Maple glazed stuffed chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 350°F

Prepare stuffing according to directions on package, allow to cool to a temperature comfortable enough to handle

With a Sharp knife, cut a slice in the side of each breast, to form a pocket inside.

Stuff each breast with the stuffing, taking care to pull chicken completely shut around stuffing.

Dredge each breast in flour mix.

Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet, briefly brown chicken on each side, remove from pan and place in another cast iron skillet just big enough to fit all chicken.

Sprinkle each breast with sage and rosemary.

Drizzle maple syrup over all chicken, add half cup water to bottom of pan.

Bake chicken for 45 min, basting at least twice while cooking.

Serve with your favorite sides.
