Ingredients

  • 4eggs, room temp.
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspnutmeg
  • 2 cupwarm milk
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 cupshredded cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    heat oven to 400, place muffin pan in oven to heat.

  2. 2

    whisk eggs, seasonings, then add milk slowly, then slowly whisk in flour

  3. 3

    remove pan from oven, divide batter into 12 cups, top with cheese.

  4. 4

    bake at 400 for 30 min or until golden and risen high. serve immediately
