Ingredients

  • 1 packageshash browns(2 pounds)
  • 1 pintssour cream
  • 1 cancream of potato soup
  • 1 cancream of chicken soup
  • 1 packagesshredded cheese, divided
  • 1/2 mediumonion

Steps

  1. 1

    pour hash browns into 9 x 13 dish

  2. 2

    in separate bowl , mix sour cream, both cans soup, and half the bag of shredded cheese

  3. 3

    finely dice onion and mix in bowl

  4. 4

    pour contents of bowl onto potatoes in dish

  5. 5

    sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole and cover

  6. 6

    bake 450 for 45 minutes
