Preheat oven to 375°f

cook sausage in large frying pan until done.Drain grease and place sausage on paper toweled plate.(this helps soak up any extra grease.)

start boiling water for raviolli.(please follow directions on package) cook untill done.

meanwhile in large fry pan saute mushrooms, black olives and green pepper.(this is what the 2 tbs. butter is for) saute untill the green pepper starts to soften. put sausage back in pan with your sauted veggies and add in the can of pasta sauce. reduce to simmer.

When your raviollies are done drain them and put in 9x13 in. pan. cover with sauce mixture stir together top with 2 cups of cheese and bake for 20 minutes.

let cool at least 10 minutes and dig in.
