  1. 3 1/2 cuprucola (arugula)
  2. 2 cupchickpeas cooked
  3. 1persian cucumber, cut in half and sliced
  4. 6pitted sliced black olives
  5. 4anchovies (in oil)
  6. 1garlic clove (If like fresh garlic 2)
  7. 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil or more to taste
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. 1/9 tspparsley

    Chop garlic, anchovies, and parsley.

    Mix garlic, anchovies and parsley with oil.
