Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litermilk
  2. 2eggs
  3. 200 gramssugar
  4. 100 gramsmelted butter
  5. 100 gramsflour

  1. 1

    beat eggs with sugar until smooth

  2. 2

    add the flour stir well

  3. 3

    add the butter and the milk blend well

  4. 4

    pour in grease little tins and take to oven at 350 Ffor about 20minutes

  5. 5

    let cool down before you take the charniqueiras out of the tins

  6. 6

    sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
