
easy cupcake pot pie (not my recipe)

Pre heat oven to 375

Cook chicken in skillet. Cut up bite size or shed.

Mix bisquick, eggs, milk in a bowl.

Add veggies to chicken in skillet, just to warm them a little. Also you can use fresh veggies or frozen as long as they're not frozen at use.

Scoop chicken/veggie mix into each buttered cupcake pan. I used lots of veggies :)

Scoop about a teaspoon of the bisquick mix into each spot with the chicken mix.

Bake about 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean

Let cool, enjoy
