Ingredients

  • 1 lbflat iron steak
  • 2 tspmontreal steak seasoning
  • 1/4 tspkosher salt
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    rub steak evenly with steak seasoning and salt

  2. 2

    cook in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4-5 min. on each side or to desired degree of doneness. let stand 5 min cut diagonally across the grain into thin strips
