Steps

marinate chicken peices in soy, honey, pepper, garlic and ginger for 15 - 20 minutes.

heat up fry pan or wok with a tbls of oil and start cooking marinated chicken followed by the vegetables.

cook for a further 6-8 minutes on very high heat.

serve on a bed of steamed rice or egg noodles and sprinkle with sesami seeds.

always a hit with the kids and very tasty :)
