roasted rosemary carrots and tomatoes
Steps

preheat oven for 425°F

in a cake pan, add olive oil and seasoning

clean vegetables and dry
- 4
add to the pan and mix well with the mixture, covering everything evenly

stick in oven for about 25 minutes or when vegetables are soft.

the last two minutes turn on the broiler on low and let it broil until lightly browned
- 7
take out of oven and serve
