1 1/2 lblean round steak cut into 1 and one half inch cubes
6 smallall purpose potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
3carrots sliced
2celery stalks sliced
2onions chopped
1 cupV 8 juice
1/2 cuplow sodium beef broth
1/4 cupred wine vinegar
2 tbsptapioca or brown rice
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tbsppaprika
1/2 cupparsley minced

oven to 325

in dutch oven combine beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, vegetable juice, broth, vinegar, tapioca, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.

bake covered until beef and vegetables are tender....about 3 hours

stir in parsley and serve
