Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbimitation crabmeat flaked
  • 1/2 cupItalian bread crumbs
  • 1 stalkcelery chopped fine
  • 3 tbspMayonnaise
  • 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  • 4White fish fillets ( like flounder or cod). About 1 1/2 lbs.
  • 2 tbspButter melted
  • 1/4 tspPaprika

    Preheat oven to 375'.

  2. 2

    Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    in a medium bowl combine the crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise , Worchester sauce, onion powder and pepper. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Place fish fillets on a flat surface.

  5. 5

    Spread crab meat mixture over each fillet, dividing evenly and roll up jelly roll style.

  6. 6

    Place seam down on prepared baking dish.

  7. 7

    Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.

  8. 8

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately.
