Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspMayonise
  2. 1 tbspButter
  3. 1 tbspChicken stock powder
  4. 1 eachEgg
  5. 1 tbspBread crumb (Optional)
  6. 1 tspBlack pepper - powder / ground
  7. 600 gramsDough of Classic fluffy doughnut donut - My own handmade CLASSIC FLUFFY DOUGHNUT DONUT recipe can be found in my profile
  8. 10Sausage (cut each into 2)

    In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except sausage, bread crumb and dough

  2. 2

    Add in sausage and cover with plastict and keep in the chiller for at least 1-2 hours to marinate. Best to marinate them overnight

  3. 3

    Divide the dought into 20 portion with 30gm each

  4. 4

    Roll the dough and make them into a string like about 10-15cm long (Depend on the sausage size)

  5. 5

    Take a sausage, roll the sausage on the bread crumb and wrap them around the sausage to make like circling ring around the sausage

  6. 6

    Let each to sit to get the dough raise double

  7. 7

    Preheat oil in the frying pan enough to let them to float later

  8. 8

    Once the dough around the sausage raised double, fry them in the frying pan until the color turns golden brownish

  9. 9

    Strain the oil down and serve while they are warm

  10. 10

    Nice to go with a hot tea or black coffee

  11. 11

    You may add some cheese before wraping them with the dough..BON APPETITE
