  • 5 eachchicken breasts
  • 1 packagespepper bacon
  • 4 eachgreen chile; deseeded
  • 1 1/2 cuppepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 cupchicken rub;or any seasoning you like
  • 1 boxtoothpicks

  1. 1

    preheat oven 375;line baking sheet with foil spray with pam

  2. 2

    pound chicken breast to one fourth inch thick; all five

  3. 3

    rub breasts with seasoning

  4. 4

    divide cheese among chicken;add chopped green chile

  5. 5

    roll breast up with bacon secure with tooth picks

  6. 6

    place on baking sheet cook 40 min til no longer pink
