Steps

Preheat oven to 175 c and prepare 12 baking cases in a muffin tin.

In a medium bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt and chai powder.

In a separate bowl beat butter and sugar until its smooth.
- 4
Add the egg whites slowly to the butter and sugar mix and beat well.
- 5
Slowly add the flour mixture and then buttermilk. Mix until combined.
- 6
Spoon batter into the cases and Bake for 20 Minutes.
