mix your favourite cream cheese with the eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper, fresh or dried herbs...

grate nutmeg and mix

steam your vegetables lightly (here asparagus). They shouldn't get soggy!

place the dough ingredients in a clipping container and shake energically. Take out the very soft dough and resist the urge to knead it at that point

using your fingers, line a pie form with the dough. Prebake 10 to 15 minutes (optional but advised)

place the unattractive vegetables on top of the crust

pour the batter and decorate with the nice looking veggies

bake for one hour, it will be wobbly so let it cool to set, serve warm or cold with a salad.
