In small saucepan over medium heat, combine berries and water. Bring to a boil and cook until berries are soft, about 5 minutes. Transfer berries to blender and puree until smooth. Return to saucepan. Add applesauce and return to a boil then remove from heat, cover, and set aside.

In large bowl sprinkle gelatin over fruit juice and let stand 1 minute. Add hot fruit mix and stir until gelatin completely dissolves 3-5 minutes.

Pour into 8x8 inch glass or ceramic dish (or molds if you want to get creative). Refrigerate until firm approximately 3 hours.

Cut into blocks or shapes.
