Ingredients

  • 250 gramsbutter
  • 250 gramsphilly cheese
  • 1 cupcaster sugar
  • 1 tspgelatine
  • 1/2 cupboiling water
  • 1/2 cuptea vanilla
  • 2 packageslattice bis
  • 1 cupicing sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream 3 ingredients together, dissolve gelatine with Vanilla into creamed mixture. Layer 1 pkt biscuits pour on creamed mixture. Place 2nd packet biscuits on top, refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with icing sugar when ready to serve!!
