Ingredients

  1. 8 ozcream cheese
  2. 1/2 cupgraham cracker crumbs
  3. 8 ozbittersweet chocolate chips
  4. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  5. 3 tbspchopped pecans
  6. 1/4 cupcaramel sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine cream cheese and graham cracker crumbs.

  2. 2

    Scoop out balls.

  3. 3

    Freeze 10-15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Melt chocolate with oil.

  5. 5

    Dip balls in the chocolate.

  6. 6

    Top with pecans.

  7. 7

    Drizzle caramel.

  8. 8

    Refrigerate before serving.
