Rinse salmon and poke several holes in each filet using a fork. Place salmon in a bag with marinade and set in refrigerator for one hour.

Preheat oven to 400°F and bake salmon for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before assembling.

Mix together Mayo and black pepper.

To assemble, spread desired amount of goat cheese on half the bread slices and spread black pepper Mayo on remaining bread slices. Place one filet per sandwich, slightly pressing the filet as needed to cover the bread. Serve each sandwich with lettuce, sliced tomato, and Bacon.
