Ingredients

1 boxyellow cake mix
2 canwhipped topping
1 tspsugar
3 packagesfresh strawberries
1 envelopedry vanilla pudding
1/2 cupsour cream

Prepare cake mix as instructed but add pudding mix and sour cream (for ultimate moistness you can also add half a can of coke), using 2 pans to bake in.

Let cake cool while you cut up the strawberries.

sprinkle the strawberries with the sugar, very little needed to draw juices out, you want the cake to be moist not soggy :)

Crumble 1st pan of cake into large dish and press it down.

Use 1 can of whipped topping to layer over cake.

Layer 1/2 of the strawberries over the whipped topping.

Crumble 2nd pan of cake over strawberries and press down.

Add 2nd can of whipped topping over cake.

Layer rest of strawberries and serve chilled, enjoy!
