Bake potatoes soaked in olive oil in the oven at 400° for 1 hour.

Slice potatoes in halves & scoop out the insides in a bowl, leaving a boat shape
- 3
Mix potatoes, butter, sour cream, green onions, cheese,& seasonings together until throughly mixed
- 4
Scoop back into boat shaped potatoe skins and bake for 15 minutes
- 5
Add cheese to the top & allow cheese to melt in the oven
