Ingredients

15 mins
  • 1Cook as much beans as you like
  • 1add oil to your pan, then pour the beans , dont forget to add some water
  • 1let beans boil
  • 1start squishing them with a spoon, or a bean crusher
  • add ceso fresco 'fresh cheese' and any veggies you like(
  • 1you can eat with a flour tortilla or corn tortilla or a tostada!
