Use a 9 X 13in. cake pan--just dump the can of peaches with juice in pan. Start sprinkling cake mix evenly over peaches (Sometimes I leave about a 1/4 of cake mix out and just throw away because it's too much) Take the 1 stick of oleo and cut up and dot on top of this. Bake @350 * for 45
