Set up a breading station with three bowls.

Bowl 1: flour- dip fish in flour mixture

Bowl 2: eggs- beat eggs and dip fish in the egg mixture

Bowl 3: parmesan and Panko- dip fish in Panko mixture

spray baking sheet with nonstick spray

Place breaded filets in the baking fish

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until fish is flaky.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to each filet if desired
