  • for marination:
  • 1/2 kgchicken
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tbspchinese salt
  • for coating
  • 1 tbspsalt n pepper
  • 1 tbspcold water
  • 3 cupplain flour
  • 2egg beaten

  1. 1

    first marinate chicken in salt, pepper and Chinese salt for 1 hr

  2. 2

    in a bowl take plain flour add salt n pepper in it.

  3. 3

    in another bowl beat egg with 1 tbs cold water.

  4. 4

    then start coating first dip chicken in egg, then in flour do it 3 times.
