Ingredients

  • 50 Gramsbutter , softened
  • 4bread Slice
  • 4 WedgesApple , cut in to thin slices
  • 60 dropsMilk chocolate Grams
  • 2Eggs
  • 2 Cupsmilk
  • 50 Gramscaster sugar
  • 1 TeaspoonVanilla essence

    Grease and oven- proof dish with little butter.

  2. 2

    Spread one side of each slice of bread with the remaining butter. Cut the corners to make 4 triangles.

  3. 3

    Arrange a layer of triangles of bread in the bottom of the dish. Cut thin halves of apples (you can use pear halves instead too) in to bite size pieces and arrange it top of the bread layer.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle some milk chocolate drops over it. Repeat the same with the rest of the bread slices and apples. Beat the eggs with caster sugar and add milk n to it. Stir the mixture well then pour it over the bread layers.

  5. 5

    Press the layers down with a fork to make sure that there are no dry pieces of bread.

  6. 6

    Put it in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for about 15-20 minutes or until golden on the top.

  7. 7

    Serve it with custard cream. You can always be creative when it comes to serving. Make it whip cream and top it with strawberry or a Cherries.
