Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspbutter
  2. 4 canDiced Potatoes
  3. 2 cupMilk
  4. 1 packagesPotato Flakes
  5. 4 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
  6. 1 dashSalt & Pepper
  7. 1 packagesBacon Bits

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt Butter

  2. 2

    Add drained Potatoes, Water, Salt & Pepper

  3. 3

    Bring to boil

  4. 4

    Reduce heat to low, simmer until Potatoes are tender

  5. 5

    Stir in Milk, heat until hot again but not boiling

  6. 6

    Stir in Potato Flakes

  7. 7

    Add Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Bacon Bits to taste
