preheat oven to 200°C

marinate chicken drumstick with salt, black pepper and milk

slice celery into suitable slice to roll

slice mushroom into half
- 5
place ham on top of the drumstick. place suitable amount of celery and 2 slices of mushroom

roll it over

secure the roll with a skewer

add some oil and fry the roll in a frying pan (start with skewer face down so that the meat from both sides will hold together). fry the roll for about 5~10 minutes or till golden brown.

place it into the oven for 30 minutes or till the meat is fully cooked.
