
sherry's pork ribs and kraut

preheat oven to 325
- 2
in large roasting pan with lid, pour jars of kraut including juices into bottom of pan and spread out evenly

generously coat top of pork ribs with seasoning. Only the top!

place ribs on top of kraut. cover and bake in oven a couple of hours until ribs have reached desired doneness. they will pull away very very easily from the bone
- 5
* if you don't have a roasting pan with lid, a large pan with tin foil to tightly cover ribs will also work very well
