brown beef and drain

reserve out 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

add rest of seasoning to beef and coat evenly

cool

cut tomatoes and onions

combine lettuce, cheese, beans, onion and tomatoes in a large bowl.

add cooled beef

dressing

mix dressing, sugar, reserved taco seasoning and taco sauce

just before serving, add crushed taco chips and dressing

toss well to coat.

good next day, too!
