1/2 cupMiracle Whip
2/3 cupBread Crumbs
1/2 cupchopped green onion
2eggs
2 tbspLemon Juice
2 tbspSeasoned Salt
4 tspButter
2 tbspHoney Mustard

In a medium bowl, combine salmon, mayo, bread crumbs, green onions, eggs, lemon juic e and seasoning

mix well, by hand shape 8, 1/2 inch thick patties

heat skillet to medium heat and melt butter in pan

Add patties into skillet. Cook for approx. 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown

combine 4 tablespoons of mayo and honey mustand for dipping
