4 tbspbutter
1 tbspflour
3 cupmilk
dashsalt and pepper
2carrrots
1 1/3 pinchchedder cheese
1 cupwarm water

Boil broccoli

Melt butter

Add flour to butter stir

Pour in milk

Let simmer

Add boiled broccoli

Salt and pepper as needed

Boil carrots and add to soup

Add cheese

And cook for 10 minutes
