Ingredients

  • 8 largeeggs
  • 1 canevaporated milk (I use pet milk brand)
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspvanilla extract (you can use less if you don't like flavor)
  • 2 largefrozen pie crust
  • 1nutmeg (optional)

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in bowl with whisk.

  3. 3

    Pour mix into pie crust.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle top with nutneg. (optional)

  5. 5

    Cook in oven 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
