penne brocoli with creamy tuna
healthy and not to creamy. yum yum!!

boil the water and cook brocoli first

then, take the broccoli out and put the penne into boiling water

slice the mushroom

slice onion, chili and garlic then chopped it

heat the olive oil and butter, then put the onion, garlic and chili into the pan

cook them until the color turn golden and put the mushroom and brocolli then toast it

drain the penne

put the tuna into pan just stir and put the salt, pepper and oregano and milk to the pan

stir and stir. then put the penne

dont take to long to cook!

and penne ready to serve. dont forget to grated the cheese on the top of penne and sprinkle the parsley
